Olympic View Student Art at the Kraken Kids Game!

Saturday, January 5, was the Kraken Kids Game at Climate Pledge Arena.

Portrait drawings of the players, created by Olympic View 5th graders, were shown on the jumbotron when the players where introduced and to highlight players during the game.

Olympic View’s amazing art teacher, Alan De la Cruz, spearheaded this project in partnership with the Kraken organization. Students learned the “grid method” to create these player portraits.

We are so grateful for our continued Partnership with the Kraken Organization and the One Roof Foundation for all the wonderful opportunities they provide our students.
